STEP 1: Access your Pixieset Gallery. After your photos are prepared, you will receive an email containing a link, password, and/or PIN code.

STEP 2: Locate the DOWNLOAD icon positioned at the top right corner of the Gallery View. It appears as a downward-pointing arrow.

STEP 3: Provide your email address and/or download pin when prompted.

STEP 4: Specify your preferences for downloading. Confirm whether you wish to download the entire set or individual photos, choose the download size, and select the destination for saving the files (e.g., your computer or free cloud services like Dropbox or Google Photos). If you opt for PC/MAC download, an email will be sent to the provided address, notifying you when the .zip file of images is ready for download. This email will also include the necessary link to access and download the .zip file to your computer, which can be extracted thereafter.

For those who choose Dropbox or Google Photos, the images will be directly accessible and viewable from your respective accounts.

It is recommended to download both high-resolution and web-sized versions of your gallery. Web-sized images are ideal for sharing on social media and via email, while high-resolution images are preferable for printing purposes.
